Sharing your child’s details with a tuition centre is a leap of faith. Here’s exactly what we will — and won’t — do with the information you share.

We collect your details with one purpose — to call or message you back about a free demo class, tuition booking, or a question you asked us.

So our tutor coordinator can address you correctly when we call.

To confirm the demo class slot, share tutor details and answer your questions over a call or WhatsApp.

Only if you provide one — used for sending fee details, schedule confirmations or replies to written enquiries.

Class, board and subject
So we can match the right subject-expert tutor to your child before the demo.

To check tutor availability near your home for 1:1 home tuition.
Your mobile number
Exactly how we’ll use the number you share
Your phone number stays on our internal tutor-coordinator dashboard. It’s never uploaded to ad platforms or shared with marketing tools.
We’ll only use your number to:
- Confirming your free demo class date and time.
- Sharing the assigned tutor’s introduction before the demo.
- Answering questions about syllabus, fees or scheduling.
- Sending class-related updates (rescheduling, holidays) once tuition begins.
What we will never do:
- Sell or rent your mobile number to anyone — ever.
- Share your details with other coaching centres, ed-tech apps or marketing agencies.
- Send promotional SMS or bulk WhatsApp campaigns.
- Add you to mailing lists you didn’t ask to join.
- Use your details for anything outside your tuition enquiry or booking.
Who can see it
Who has access to your details
Your enquiry details are visible only to the small in-house Roadmap Academy team that coordinates demo classes and tutor assignments. They are stored in a secure form submission system and are not shared with any third-party advertising platform, lead-generation network or coaching aggregator.
Once you confirm a tuition booking, we share your contact details with only the assigned tutor — so they can coordinate the first home visit and class timings with you directly.
Your control
Opt-out, delete, or update your details — anytime
You are always in control of your data. You can ask us to update or permanently delete your name, mobile number and enquiry history from our records, no questions asked.

- Or email us at roadmapacademy.edu@gmail.com.
- We’ll confirm the deletion within 7 working days and remove your details from active records.

Why do you need my mobile number on the enquiry form?
It is the fastest way for our tutor coordinator to confirm your free demo class slot, share the assigned tutor’s details and answer any questions before the class starts. We do not use it for marketing.

Will I get spam calls or promotional SMS?
No. We only call or message you about your specific enquiry — for example, to confirm a demo class, share fee details or schedule a tutor visit. We don’t run any SMS or WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

Do you share my number with the tutor?
Only after you confirm the booking. The assigned tutor needs your number to coordinate class timings and reach your home for 1:1 home tuition.

Can I ask you to delete my details?
Yes. Send us a quick WhatsApp or email at roadmapacademy.edu@gmail.com and we will remove your name, number and enquiry record from our system.

Do you use cookies or tracking tools?
Our website is a simple static site. We may use basic, privacy-friendly analytics to count page views and understand which tuition pages are most useful — but we do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or sell any analytics data.
